The shrinking surface area between strategy and design.

01/The relay collapsed
The old stack assumed a relay with a handoff at each baton pass. The new one lets the same person frame the strategy, generate the directions, and test them, because the tools no longer enforce the boundaries the org chart used to.
For a solo operator this is the whole game. It is how one person carries brand and business case end to end across fifteen markets without an agency layer.
02/Speed without seams
The handoff reviews and the specialist's veto used to catch errors. Remove them and speed ships confident mistakes faster than the old process caught them. Fewer tools demand more deliberate gates.
The judgment has to move into the operator, because nothing downstream will save a bad call. The stack is only ever as good as the discipline running it.
03/Where judgment lives
The reconsidered stack is less about apps than about where the verdict sits: one gate to validate the brief, one to pressure-test the chosen direction before it scales.
Carry the complexity of the toolchain so the client sees clean output, not the pipeline. Different software, the same discipline underneath.
