History and heritage
Brand origin story
In 1984, on the bustling streets of Hyderabad, Mr. Liaquat Ali Khan founded Swagat Roadways with one delivery van and a principle, 'Service Before Self'. From transport, the group grew into convention and events, expanding from a single van into 200+ branches. From humble beginnings to a multi-division enterprise, Swagat stays true to its heritage: welcome, reliability and community spirit.

The struggle
Our group operated across vastly different sectors, from hospitality to logistics, resulting in a fragmented visual identity that diluted our overall corporate strength.
The evaluation
We required a strategic brand architect capable of building a unified parent identity that still allowed each individual division to maintain its specific industry appeal.
The execution
The process involved deeply interrogating the core values of our business. The resulting architecture was logical, cohesive, and visually striking, bringing all our operations under one seamless narrative.
The result
We successfully deployed a shared, powerful corporate identity that elevated the prestige of the entire group, simplifying cross-selling and strengthening our market presence.
